"BEST" Goal Setting Book I've Ever Experienced!

Reviewed by Craig Mattice, 2009-08-03

This is one of "THE" Best written and presented Goal Setting books I've ever experienced. I plan on sharing this book with many students and associates, it's that good. Only 40 pages in length the power of the potential results are unbelievable.

Gary Ryan Blair is gifted in presenting the ever challenging process (chore) of goal setting in a simple, applicable, revealing, and immediately productive process.

The primary truth of this book is captured in one quote: "To be or not to be is directly related to your ability to set or not to set a goal!" ~ Gary Ryan Blair

This excellent book is available for under $9.00 and is as close as you will ever get to a guarantee of success in life. "Just Do It!" AND, Make it happen for yourself.

Clear, Concise and Very Helpful

This book is not your typical self-help type of read. Rather it offers a logical and effective set of fundamentals on how to add clarity, purpose, meaning, and direction to your life so that you can get from where you are to where you want to be. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to learn about goal setting.

More a technical product, boring and heavy. The idea is good but the realization is bad.

don't waste your time and money....look elsewhere

Reviewed by Biff Barlow, 2007-10-06

I ordered this booklet/pamphlet based on the reviews and also because the books is kind of short. When dealing with goal setting short it is not necessarily bad. You certainly don't want a psychological dissertation about the benefits of goal setting. But a least you should expect the book to explain one of the many ways of setting them. However, this book does not provide any specific as to how to go about it.
The book not only is very short (less than 40 pages) with big typed letters and lots of white space, but the author only deals with some psychological benefit of goal setting, and a few "catchy" phrases. And I guess for "meat" or mechanics of the subject you should look elsewhere. Get "Your best year yet" by Jinny S. Ditzler, and don't waste your money on this pamphlet.

Magnificent little book!

I appreciate the fact that this little gem is only 40 pages. It is all meat and no fluff. I highly recommend to those who are serious about setting goals.
